Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars AUD.
2. All extensions of bookings must be fully paid when the extension request is made. Extensions cannot be guaranteed and are subject to other bookings in place.
3. Cancellations made greater than 7 days before arrival date will be given a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
4. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will forfeit the total booking amount and will not receive any refund.
5. If guests fail to arrive or do not stay for the full number of booked nights, no refund will be provided.
Check in and Key collection
1. Check In is from 2.00pm, with Check Out by 10.00am. Please call the Guest Manager to make arrangement for key collection.
2. Contact Guest Manager for availability of an early check in.
3. All guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys and are to be returned at checkout. Any missing keys will be replaced in which a cost will be incurred by the guest.
4. Keys will only be issued once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and paid all accommodation in full.
Guest Responsibilities
1. It is the responsibility of every guest to read and abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Standard cleaning services on your departure are included in your rates. Guests are expected to leave the properties in a neat and tidy state without the need for extensive, excessive cleaning. You are responsible for all cleaning charges in the event that the property is left in a state that requires more than standard cleaning.
3. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons stay at the property, an additional fee may be charged according to our usual rates and/or we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.
4. Pets are allowed onto the grounds of the property. No pets are allowed inside the accommodation. Any pets found in accommodation will result in a termination of your booking and additional cleaning charges may apply.
5. The property is non-smoking indoors. We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if we become aware of smoking indoors. There may also be additional cleaning fees of $200 to remove any smoke fumes from the property.
6. All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause distress to neighbours or interfere in any way with their right to enjoy their properties. We reserve the right to remove guests who do not adhere to this code of behaviour. In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation, nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs.
7. Guests may not engage in any illegal activity at the property.
8. Guests should show respect and care for the property and ensure doors and windows are locked when vacated.
9. Please remember to take your personal property and belongings with you upon your departure as the Property Owner/Agent accept no responsibility whatsoever for any such items left behind.
